Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to common questions about our electric bikes, ordering, shipping, and more.

Product Questions

Q: Are your electric bikes street legal?
A: Street legality varies by state and local regulations. Many of our higher-powered models (3000W+) are classified as electric motorcycles and may require registration, licensing, and insurance. Lower-powered models may qualify as e-bikes in some jurisdictions. We recommend checking your local laws before purchasing. Contact us if you need help determining what's legal in your area.

Q: What's the difference between an electric bike and an electric dirt bike?
A: Electric bikes are typically designed for mixed use including roads and light trails, while electric dirt bikes are purpose-built for off-road terrain with features like full suspension, knobby tires, and higher ground clearance.

Q: How fast do your electric bikes go?
A: Our products range from 35 MPH to 50+ MPH depending on the model. Speed varies based on rider weight, terrain, battery level, and power mode selected.

Q: How far can I ride on a single charge?
A: Range varies significantly by model, rider weight, terrain, speed, and riding style. Our products offer ranges from 30-155km per charge. Real-world range is typically lower than manufacturer estimates when riding at high speeds or on challenging terrain.

Q: Do I need to pedal?
A: Most of our electric bikes offer both throttle-only and pedal-assist modes. Some models include pedals primarily for legal classification purposes rather than as the primary means of propulsion.

Q: Are the bikes waterproof?
A: Our bikes feature water-resistant components that can handle rain and wet conditions, but they are not fully waterproof. Avoid deep water, pressure washing, or submerging electrical components.

Maintenance & Support

Q: How do I maintain my electric bike?

Q: Where can I get my bike serviced?
A: Most bicycle shops can perform basic maintenance. For electrical issues, contact us for authorized service centers in your area.

Q: Can I upgrade components?
A: Many components can be upgraded, but modifying electrical systems may void warranties and affect safety certifications. Contact us before making modifications.
